As a customer, you have the right to ask us about the tasks we administer about you. Of course, you have the right to contact us to correct information (eg change address) or if you see an error in your data.
General
You must be 18 years old to buy parts in the webshop.
Prices
All prices are listed in Euro, including or excluding Finnish 25,5% VAT,
depending what you choose in the webshop.
Buyers in other EU countries with a different VAT rate, the applicable rate will be calculated.
This may affect the price to be paid. Check this in your shopping cart/Checkout page!
VAT
Finnish VAT will be charged to all customers in Finland, other EU customers will be charged the VAT that is actual in each country.
Non EU customers will not be charged any VAT.
Shipping
All packages are shipped as trackable parcels via POSTI, POSTNORD or DHL and charges are calculated depending on the weight of the order.
Plese Note! We could not ship to P.O. Box or Poste Restante addresses
Payment
Payments with maximum security made by PayPal and Kustom Checkout
Delivery
We will send your order in 1-3 days. Normal delivery time in EU is 6-9 days, and rest of the world 14-16 days.
Damaged goods
If the goods is damaged in transit, you should immediately declare that when you pick up the shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, let us know by e-mail immediately.
If an return package get damaged or get lost when you send it back to us, you as a customer are responsible.
Non-title package
If you choose not to pick up your package from us and the package is sent in return by the carrier , we reserve the right to charge you 50€ to cover shipping, return and administrative costs. We send out an invoice to you, to be paid within 10 days net.
Complains
We will check all goods before we send them, but if the goods would be damaged or in any other way defect, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong number, so please contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can correct the error.
Always contact us, if you wish to return an item. Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition (also the package)
NOTE! Goods returned to us against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be processed. Always contact us if you wish to return an item.
Unclaimed package
If you choose not to collect your shipment from us and the package is returned, we reserve the right to charge you €50 to cover shipping, return shipping and administrative costs. We will then send you an invoice, payable within 10 days net.
Tariffs / Import Taxes
You as a customer are responsible of all import taxes and tariffs.
