Swedish VAT will be charged to all private customers in Sweden and EU.
Non EU citizens will not be charged Swedish VAT.
All packages are shipped via Swedish POSTNORD or DHL and charges are calculated depending on the weight of the order.

We will send your order in 1-3 days. Normal delivery time in EU is 6-8 days, and rest of the world 14-16 days.
If the goods is damaged in transit, you should immediately declare that when you pick up the shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, let us know by e-mail immediately.
If an return package get damaged or get lost when you send it back to us, you as a customer are responsible.
If you choose not to pick up your package from us and the package is sent in return by the carrier , we reserve the right to charge you 500 SEK to cover shipping, return and administrative costs. We send out an invoice to you, to be paid within 10 days net.
We will check all goods before we send them, but if the goods would be damaged or in any other way defect, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong number, so please contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can correct the error.
We will made the replacement without any cost to you as soon as possible. Always contact us, if you wish to return an item.
